Florian combines academic engineering studies with more than 15 years of hands-on construction experience in field execution, quality control, defect recognition and technical problem-solving.

His work connects technical review with what is happening on site: recognizing patterns, questioning inconsistencies and identifying where closer investigation can inform the next decision.

Technical & Training Director

Kirsten brings a German Diplom-Ingenieur background in mechanical engineering together with decades of technical, leadership and professional training experience.

Her strength lies in structured analysis, technical discipline and translating complex problems into practical improvements for quality, leadership and team performance.
